Software built for your problem.

When nothing off-the-shelf fits, we build it: internal tools, integrations, and purpose-made applications, shaped around how your business works and built to be maintained long after launch.

Sound familiar?

You’ve outgrown the workaround.

Most custom software starts life as a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, or a product bent into a shape it was never meant for. Eventually the workaround becomes the risk.

  • The whole operation runs on one spreadsheet, and we’re scared to touch it.
  • We’ve looked at every product out there. None does quite what we need.
  • Our systems don’t talk to each other, so people copy data between them by hand.
  • We pay for a huge platform and use a tenth of it.
  • Someone built us something years ago. They’ve left, and nobody knows how it works.

What’s involved

What we build.

Usually one of these, and often several working together.

Internal tools

The operational software your team uses every day — dashboards, admin panels, workflow and approval tools — designed around your process rather than a vendor’s idea of it.

  • Replacing fragile spreadsheets and shared inboxes
  • Access that matches each person’s role
  • Designed with the people who’ll use it daily

Integrations

Connecting the systems you already run, so data is entered once and moves correctly — without anyone copying it between screens.

  • CRM, finance, and operations systems connected
  • Automated syncs, imports, and exports
  • Monitoring, so failures are caught rather than discovered

Customer-facing applications

Web and mobile applications your customers use directly, where the experience itself is part of what you’re offering.

  • Portals, booking, and self-service tools
  • Fast and accessible on any device
  • Designed and tested with real users

AI-powered features

Where it genuinely helps, we build AI into the application itself — with the checks and fallbacks that make it dependable in everyday use.

  • Search, drafting, and document processing
  • A person kept in the loop where it matters
  • Cost and quality measured, not assumed

How it runs

Prove it small, then build it properly.

We’d rather show you something working early than describe it at length. Each step earns the next.

  1. Understand the problem

We learn how the work happens today and what the software needs to change. Sometimes the answer is a process fix rather than an application — and we’ll say so.

  2. Prototype the risky part

A small, working version of the hardest or least certain piece, in front of real users early — so we learn what matters before committing to a full build.

  3. Build in the open

Short cycles with regular demos. You see progress as it happens and can change direction without waiting for a big reveal.

  4. Launch and hand over

We ship it, watch it in real use, fix what turns up, and leave you with the code and documentation to run it — with or without us.

What to expect

What you get, and what it takes.

What you walk away with

  • Working software your team relies on
  • The code, documentation, and access to run it yourselves
  • Automated tests and deployment, so changes are safe to make
  • Monitoring that tells you when something’s wrong
  • A walkthrough for whoever looks after it next

What we’ll need from you

  • An owner on your side who can make product decisions
  • Access to the people who’ll use it, early and often
  • Access to the systems it needs to connect to
  • Patience with a prototype that’s deliberately rough

Questions

Frequently asked.

Wouldn’t an off-the-shelf product be cheaper?

Often, yes — and when one fits, we’ll recommend it. Custom software makes sense when the way you work is a genuine advantage, when products force costly workarounds, or when the pieces you need don’t exist together.

What happens after launch?

That’s up to you. We can stay on to support and extend it, hand it to your own team with documentation and a proper walkthrough, or a mix of the two. Either way, it’s built so someone other than us can maintain it.

What technologies do you use?

Well-established, widely supported ones, chosen to fit the problem and the systems you already run. We avoid anything exotic that would make the software hard to hire for or hand over.

Can you work with our existing developers?

Yes. We’re happy to work alongside an in-house team, follow your conventions, and pair with your developers, so the knowledge stays with you when we step back.
